ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
Your order is accepted at such time as the order is entered into our PayPal account and payment is completed. Your order is deemed to be entered and our terms and conditions are considered accepted by you unless you notify us in writing within ten days from the date you submit your order.

PRICING
Prices are RETAIL, F.O.B. Atlanta, Georgia, and are subject to change without notice.

SHIPPING
Orders meeting size and weight requirements of parcel freight carriers will be shipped prepaid.

DAMAGE / SHORTAGE
The Company carefully inspects and packs your order before consigning to carrier company. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur in transit. If such a loss or damage does occur, save the carton and packaging material and notify the delivering carrier immediately. After an inspection the carriers agent will provide form necessary to file a claim. RETURNS
Any returns must be authorized in writing in advance by the Company. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Merchandise claimed to be defective may be inspected by our sales representative in your area and a local repair authorized if appropriate. It is not practical to inspect and repair locally, a return to our distribution center will be authorized and the merchandise inspected upon receipt. If the merchandise is determined to be defective a credit will be issued. Merchandise authorized to be returned that is not defective will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. LIMITED WARRANTY
Lights for Home warrants its products for one year against defects in material and workmanship.

UNDERWRITER’S LABORATORY CERTIFICATION, UL
Company’s lighting products are designed and engineered to meet the rigid safety standards by Underwriter’s Laboratory & Company and bear the UL/CUL label (E141302 or E163523) for the United States and Canada. CE certification provided at extra charge and upon request.
